Take a regular bus or a mini-bus to the "Moskovskaya" metro station. Then take the direct metro line to "Sennaya Ploschad'" metro station, and transfer to the "Sadovaya" metro station. Exit the metro and look at your city map: find Grivtsova Lane (it shoots out from the Sennaya Square). The entrance door is directly under the house number sign. Remember about code locker. Get up to the 4th floor and you are finally there!

Go down to the "Ploschad' Vosstaniya" metro station and take the train to "Vladimirskaya" (the next station), then change the line (transfer to the "Dostoyevskaya" station), and take the train to "Sadovaya".
